SECURITY & ACCESS
What are your hours?
We’re open 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday. Gate access to your storage locker is 7 days a week 6am to 8 pm. 24 hour access is available upon request.
Will my stuff be safe?
Very safe. Here’s what we do to ensure the security of our buildings:
- Modern security monitoring systems.
- Electronic keypad access to facility.
- On-site manager at the facility.
- Security rounds conducted multiple times daily.
- Full-time maintenance staff to keep everything spic and span.
- Fully fenced in and gated facility.
Do you provide locks? Do you keep a key to my room?
You can provide your own lock, or you can purchase one from us at the facility. We do not keep a key to your room – you have the only key, and you are the only person who can access your space.
How do I access my room?
Accessing your stored goods is a cinch. Just use your electronic keypad code to access the facility; no sign-in sheet or ID check required. No key cards required, just keypad access with your own passcode. Carts and dollies are always available to make it easy to move things in and out of your space.
LEASE TERMS
Can I rent month-to-month?
We always rent month-to-month, so you’re not locked in to anything long-term.
What do I need to provide in order to rent?
To rent your space, you’ll need:
- Your first month’s payment.
- A lock to secure your room (if you don’t have one, you can buy one from us at the facility).
How much notice must be given when I move out?
We require one month notice to move out. We simply have you come to the office and full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of Move-In.
BILLING
Do you have automatic payment options?
Sure do. In fact, most of our guests prefer to use our EasyPay service because of how convenient it is – we’ll automatically deduct your monthly charges from a credit card. No bills, no checks to mail, no late fees.
You can also choose to pay your bill in-person at the facility with cash, check, or credit/debit card. Or you can even mail the check to us.
What if I'm late in making my payment?
There is a fee on payments that are made late so we encourage all of our customers to remember to pay on time each month. We even provide a convenient service in which we can automatically deduct your monthly charges from your credit card to prevent any late fees.

How does the rental process work?
Don’t stress, we make it easy:
- Make a Reservation: make a reservation by calling (250) 374-7867 to get personalized help from one of our Storage Advisors.
- Schedule Your Move: we offer a vast array of moving supplies and rent out appliance/furniture dollies, moving blankets etc. to make your moving experience easier for you.
- Move-In Day: complete your rental paperwork at the front desk, move your stuff into your room, and put your lock on the door.
Do I need a reservation?
It’s like a hotel – you don’t need a reservation, but it doesn’t hurt to have one. With a reservation, you’ll be sure the room you need is on hold for you, and it will save you time on move-in day, too. Call (250) 374-7867 to speak with one of our Storage Advisors for information.
How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month to month leases, meaning no long term commitment if you don’t need it. We also provide a discount for those who want long term storage- prepay 12 months and get one month free.
What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet you needs. Our smallest spaces are our Personal Closets, which measure approximately 4′ x 4′. These are great for storage of small items, boxes, and seasonal clothes. Our biggest rooms are 22×24, and we have a large quantity of spaces of many different sizes in between so we are sure to have a space that will be perfect for your needs.
We also have an assortment of spaces for cars, RV’s and boats. Please contact our facility for available sizes and prices.
Do you have climate-controlled units?
We do have heated units. Please contact our facility for more details.
How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, and cash.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail or in person. You may also arrange to have payment be automatically deducted from your credit card. Please ask our manager about this feature.

How do I move out?
We ask for one months move out notice. Full details are given upon move in. The move-out process is easy: just give one months notice, empty your room on move out date, and let us know that you’re leaving. We’ll close out your account on that day.
